Changes at the University of Miskolc

With effect from 1 August 2020 the former public University of Miskolc operates as a non-profit, private university, directed by the Universitas Miskolciensis Foundation of which members are appointed by the Ministry. The Government provides  long-term financial support on a contractual basis for the operation of the university. The change in the legal status effects neither student related issues (status, scholarship, tuition fee, etc.) nor educational processes (application or graduation etc.) or the ongoing international projects of the University of Miskolc.
